Returns/Exchanges

Once an order has been placed and shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our products, as well as the current COVID-19 pandemic. 

Due to this policy, please ensure that your order is correct before completely checking out. Also, please note, all ingredients are listed in the description of each item. Please read thoroughly and carefully to avoid using ingredients that you may be allergic to. All products are produced in an area that may contain nuts and soy. In the case of any allergic reactions, please discontinue use! 

 

Damage/Issues/Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at Hello@myglowwithflo.com, along with a photo of the item if it is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Also, refunds will not be given due to you ordering the wrong items so please pay attention to your order before checking out. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. Please be prepared to show photos, if necessary. If additional information is needed, we will contact you within 7 business days. If your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, so please keep that in mind.
