Once an order has been placed and shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our products as well as the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Due to this policy, please ensure that your order is correct before completely checking out. Also, please note, all ingredients are listed in the description of each item. Please read thoroughly and carefully to avoid using ingredients that you may be allergic to. All products are produced in an area that may contain nuts and soy. In the case of any allergic reactions, please discontinue use!
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at Hello@myglowwithflo.com along with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item that was received.
If you are dissatisfied with your products for any reason, please contact us at Hello@myglowwithflo.com. You may receive a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please be prepared to show photos, if necessary. If additional information is needed, we will contact you within 7 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, so please keep that in mind.
